Cookie Policy

Last updated September 29, 2026

FieldOS uses a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. No advertising, no cross-site tracking.

1.What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, save small pieces of information on your device in the same way. We use them only to run FieldOS and remember your preferences — we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2.Strictly necessary cookies

These are set when you sign in to the FieldOS app. The Service cannot work without them, so they cannot be turned off. They are first-party, marked HttpOnly and Secure, and are not readable by scripts.

refresh_tokenKeeps you signed in by issuing a new access token when the old one expires.7 days

3.Preference storage

We use your browser’s local storage to remember choices you make. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

4.Third-party technologies

Maps in the app are provided by Mapbox. When a map loads, your browser requests map tiles directly from Mapbox, which receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request. See Mapbox’s privacy policy for details.

Our mobile app uses Google Firebase for push notifications, crash reporting, and basic app usage analytics. These use device identifiers rather than browser cookies. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Our marketing website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

5.How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to the app. Clearing local storage resets your saved preferences.

6.Changes and contact

We will update this page when the cookies we use change. Questions? Email [email protected].
